Your truck driver rego plate CQK551 thinks he can just park where he likes, parking me in today in Ellice Road, Glenfield, and the poor elderly lady that he must have seen get into her car just before he parked her in and disappeared for ages, she was getting very distressed. He had no right, he came out eventually with a load he could easily carry, and could have carried further to a lawful park. He was very rude, never apologized, not even to the elderly woman, just a lazy rude man and I'll be telling anyone who will listen what a lousy company you have.

We're proud to have been a software partner of Goddards for over 2 years now. Goddards is a great business, very well known due to strong customer service and processes. Phil, Arun and the rest of the team are very knowledgable within both warehousing and transport. Highly recommended.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!Recently bought 3 whitewares, using three different companies to deliver goods as goods were bought from three different shops.Goddards cartage Ltd was the WORST delivery dervice ever.They called at 10am. Was advised delivery will be done in 30 mins. They came 2hrs later.When they came, they just left the double door fridge in my kitchen. I've asked them whether they can help to unpack the fridge as it was just me and my mom.They refused and said they've already helped too much.It took almost an hour for me and my mum(pensioner) to unpack the fridge and remove styrofoam bottom as it was huge.The other two freight companies I used previously offered to help unpack the goods even before I asked them to help. Both companies helped unpack the goods and they even took away the the boxes with them.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!If I can give negative star rating I would give -10 stars.‐------------‐--------------------------------------------------------------REPLY to responseIf you offer all those services, it is your responsibility to promote that services to customer as well as train your staff to to promote those services you offer.No one mentioned about options at the warehouse nor your driver when I asked him to help to unpack.I can't forget that delivery person's words and face expression when I asked whether he can help to unpack the fridge.If the delivery person offered or even mentioned about those options with extra cost I'd be happy to pay extra cost to get that services.But NO. He just left the fridge with bitter expression on his face as if he did not want to work at all and made me feel as if I did something terribly wrong.That is a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

This is the best Freighting company one could ask for. We have been with them for 2 years now and they have never lost a consignment and always do there best to help when we need urgent deliveries. WELL DONE GUYS

About a month ago a Goddards truck driver in a large yellow truck verbally abused me at an intersection and threatened to run me over. He seemed to think that because I am on a bicycle that day I was not allowed to turn wait to turn right at an intersection. After starting an argument he shouldered me out towards oncoming traffic, held up traffic and then sped off, changed lanes without indicating and ran a yellow light.

We use Goddard's for all our transport needs. Excellent family owned company and a great team. Flexible and happy to try and help. Highly recommended.

Terrible lockdown level4 behaviour.Virtually no masksGuys up to 4x in a container stacking and packing not a mask in sight.Across the road in the outdoor carpark for their morning tea break sharing cigarettes. No masks.Phoned the office twice.No improvement yet.Waiting...

Terrible services during lockdown. They told us on the day that they can only drop off the beds outside or the garage. We told them that the garage is full but you can drop inside the lounge. The driver call his boss and left the site without further communication with us. We have no beds to sleep in the weekends. We didn't understand the logic between garage and the front lounge. They are both indoor and in the front.In the response from the owner below he said that we took video. We took a photo of where the truck is parked and did not took any photos. It was a Friday afternoon when the driver came and I believe he just want to leave earlier for a good weekend. In the week after, Goddards send two other guys to deliver the beds and their service was good.By the way, the two guys came Monday also agreed that driver on Friday just want to leave early and go for his weekend.At the end of the day, it is a bad experience rather than a good story.
