Called up Tony @ Dtech out of the blue about disabling a failed secondary air pump. He found space for me the very next day to check if their software could communicate with my ECU.15 minutes after arriving, he had disabled the system, reset the check engine codes and I was on my way. Couldn't ask for more.On a side note, you can really tell that Dtech care ALOT about their customers. In the short time that I was sitting in their office, I had several different staff members ask if I was okay, as well as providing me with updates on what was happening.Thank you Tony and team - even though it was only a minor repair, the customer experience I received at every touchpoint was amazing...something that a lot of other workshops fail to get right. Really made my day!
