First time purchaser after intending to visit the store for so long.Lovely helpful staff, Russell was extremely patient after I almost tried on the whole store and finally walked out with 3 lovely pairs.You guys are awesome, I'll definitely be back.

Highly disappointed in the service. The middle aged male working was extremely impolite and unpleasant - honestly seemed angry?? I asked a question about sizing and multiple times would ignore me. I won't be returning to this store again.

Surprised at the experience I had considering most reviews for this store are good, however my experience was shocking. The service from the male worker was APPALLING - rushed, did not want to help, rude, extremely unwelcoming. I am super disapointed by my experience and would suggest customers going to another branch of this company rather then the milford one.
