Customer experience was horrible. We ordered the part 3 weeks ago and it has still not arrived. No updates were sent out to us for 2 week until I had to call and check up. I was told the part will be shipped the next day but it was shipped the next week instead. Would not recommend. Low communication skills.

Absolutely awesome service. I have bought 3 reels of 3d printer filament from these guys so far. Just received the most recent one, after ordering it just a couple of nights ago. Really affordable prices. I'll definitely come back for more.

When contacting this company and conversing with the lady who deals with customer enquiries, I found her to be very rude and arrogant. There quote was also surprisingly expensive. In the end I went with another company called AB Windows in Dury who were fantastic, and less than half the price quoted by Sandbrooks.
