Had the pleasure of dealing with Nigel Griffen, really just fantastic to deal with and good support.

I have been using Icona for approximately 6 years, having discovered their existence after my aging OPG malfunctioned. Research found they had taken over the agency for that brand, and despite it being so old they had never seen one, they nonetheless advised they would consult with their colleague in Sydney who had worked during the “Mesozoic era”.I was expecting a long delay to hear back, so imagine my pleasant surprise when the next day they were arranging the trip from Fielding to Napier to fix my machine. I knew when I saw the OPG dismantled all over the floor to find AND CORRECT the problem this team could problem solve! I was politely told the machine was at the end of its life, so decided to make the move to digital. It was here the next pleasant surprise occurred as ICONA offered “full service” in that they had expertise in the software and digital side of the imaging equipment as well as just physical installation.Needless to say, I have used them for all manner of work and equipment purchases since, recently getting them to swap chairs from one surgery to another. I cannot recommend ICONA highly enough and am so grateful I accidentally stumbled upon them. Don’t make the mistake of waiting for your encounter with them to be accidental!!Chris Wong, Napier

I have to say that for the two dental eqiupment purchases I have made from ICONA, my experience was excellent and satisfactory. The sale manager, Mr Nigel Griffith, made a wonderful job in demonstarting the features of the items, answering my questions clearly, providing training and after purchase support; and organising a visit for me to another dental practice in order to inspect another equipment . The feeling I have got that ICONA is a credible and commited to its customers. I am more than happy to do more business in the future..16/02/2022..I just want to say that Nigel and Mike, are so prompt in solving an issue that I have had with recently purchased x Ray. They diagnosed the problem, and fixed it very quickly. I have to say that I do trust Icona , represented by Nigel Griffin. I am very happy to do business with Icona.
