Blueprint did a renovation and small extension for us. Having Georgia help guide us through the design process was a real bonus, I don't think many building co's have this shared vision of design and aesthetics.Chris is pedantic on detail, being a master builder means he is held to a rigorous standard.Overall we are super happy with this work, the experience with opening up the whole rear of our house during summer is fantastic!

My wife and I are just coming to the end of a 16 week comprehensive renovation of our 50's house in Kapiti.This has involved removing all ceiling and wall gib, insulating same, new skirtings, doors and coving and then painting throughout, new electrics and plumbing, bifold doors replacing a lounge picture window onto a new deck, new kitchen, new bathroom,......we have been living with a neighbour for 4 months (she deserves a medal).Chris Darby and his partner Georgia are a fabulous team. Chris is a hard working, quality builder and project manager. His 20 years of building experience provides him with a wide range of trade contacts within Kapiti. His work is of high quality, performed efficiently to a high standard with an eye for detail. Chris and Georgia made well explained suggestions and responded to some of our own that have made marked improvements to our original plan. These changes were made possible as a consequence of constant budget updating by Georgia - who also was instrumental in many of our design decisions.Blueprint P&C provided a detailed and comprehensive quote and have been up front with finances from Day 1 of the project. We have stayed within budget and consider the renovation excellent value for money.We are so looking forward to moving back home in a few days time. We recommend this company without reservation and would willingly discuss our experience if necessary.
