Elmore Lodge Motel

Bed very comfortable but I felt that the bathroom remodeling fell short a bit. The small vanity was the only place you could get water from and even though the jug was quite small you can see it was not easy. The second pictures shows the light coming into the room with lights out inside. Did not make it easy to get to sleep.The bathroom extractor fan sounded like a jet plane.

Good location and handy to everything. The room,bathroom and toilet were tidy but not overly clean. Grounds looked a bit tired and children’s play equipment was old with obvious health and safety issues. We put the do not disturb sign on the door but came back to find someone had been in the room “ making it up”.Had an issue with one of the owners and his awful customer service. Would have appreciated an apology given his safety rules did not apply to all those who were staying and he had no issue screaming at our 8 year old but when it came to young adults staying it was completely fine for them to openly break “ the pool rules”. They never got screamed at. Perhaps the rules only apply to those you can scream at.?

A well appointed motel in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good value for money - clean and tidy with friendly host. I liked the recycling and thoughtful touches. Not glam but cheap and cheerful. (Upstairs rooms are getting rennovated soon so will soon be more modern but I quite enjoyed the 70's vibe)

It was a comfortable place to stay. Nice and clean. I wish they can put a small sink for washing dishes and fill the kettle rather than using a bathroom hand basin. It was hard to wash dishes in a very small basin in the bathroom otherwise the beds are very comfortable if you prefer soft beds with the TV in the room. Bathroom is clean and the place is very handy to the city centre with 10min walk or 2min drive.

Great place to stay, easy to get to town from here.

The lady was rude she denied we had a booking we kept insisting we did and paid a deposit and had said what name it was under only then she checked.we paid up the room was nice beds not to hard shower was lovely but the shampoo and conditioner was empty. Oven wasn't clean from the last customer I cleaned it so we didn't get billed for someones mes. You couldn't watch TV the only channel available on sky was paw patrol, and history and animal channel and regular 1 and 2,3. The last morning the lady was only nice because someone else was present

Great stay, very accommodating hosts!Clean and comfortable rooms.DO NOT SHOP AT THE DAIRY NEXT TO THEM!
