I recently purchased a back pack battery vacuum from South Pacific Vacuums and can't rate the company and personnel highly enough.I needed a vacuum that I could easily use given that I have disabilities.The Manager Paul Crosbie quickly ascertained what model would suit and supplied a vacuum that has meant I can now be more involved in the running of our household. I am stoked and recommend this company to everyone.

My experience in dealing with this company was so awesome, talk about fast and efficient. I couldn't pay online as my bank was having difficulties during lockdown. To my surprise my order arrived in the post the following evening. The company emailed me again to say they sent the parcel and kindly asked for payment. By then the banks were up and running again and I was able to transfer funds straight away.

Called Paul to purchase a new belt for my Kirby Vacuum cleaner. Two days later it arrived by courier. Then I couldn't remember how to attach it correctly. Called Paul again and he very promptly sent me a very easy to follow video on fitting the belt. Amazing service.10 out of 10. Thank you Paul
