The staff is amazing and very respectful. I am a vegetarian and was directed to the vegetarian sandwich when I went there for Lunch. The place is clean and the food preparation is very hygienic. Wish there was more options for vegetarians so that I could have come back again to try something new. Great place for a good coffee.

Took my own cup (12 oz -regular size) to have my takeaway coffee but was charged as if it were a large (16 oz). What’s the point of taking your own cup if they’re gonna charge you what they want?Tired of getting charged extra when I’m trying to do a good thing. Will never purchase there again.

Awesome food market! Came here looking for cheese and was not disappointed in the selection of food! Lovely cheeses, meats, vegetables and a huge selection of chutneys, pickles etc. cafe looks really nice too (try the savoury scones you won’t be disappointed!)

Had a Brocolli salad from the deli which was amazing. The Hawthorne coffee was good but not as good as Hawthorne around the corner. The shelves are packed with amazing stuff! Worth a visit!

Had a great coffee with a pear and blue cheese tart, served by a lovely lady, with happy face and a large smile. What a way to spend time in Havlock North. This place is great if looking for good fresh food.
