I have been going here for a long time and never had an issue but I just had the worst experience ever a few days ago getting a gel pedicure and regular manicure. My right big toe has become infected a day after my pedicure likely because the instruments used weren't cleaned properly. my manicure was completely butchered as well as she put so much polish on it it took an extremely long time to dry as well as dried bumpy and sloppy. She also messed up one of the nails mid manicure and instead of fixing it properly she just painted over it. this place needs better hygienic procedures and better training

I had acrylic backfill done here and very disappointed. The young girl was rushing to get it done. Twice I pulled away as couldn’t tolerate the harshness and burning. Just half hour later noticed gel had chipped off so went back, she fixed it. Next day noticed more chipping of other nails. Do not recommend. We pay a lot of money for this service not to have our nail not even last 1 day.

The one from downstairs don’t even deserve a star. I would rate zero star. Not even 1% professional. The staff was very rude and was talking with her colleagues for all the time on their native language and didn’t interact with me properly. I asked to keep the length a big longer but she cut it too short and on too of that I wanted a French set and it was so messed up. I would recommend people not to go there, so much better options in the market.

So terrible. I had acrylics on and needed them removed. The lady charged me $30 to remove and started using another fake nail to lift up the acrylic from my real nail to remove. This is so unhygienic! Not only that, the lady was so rough and actually put the fake nail under my nail and it started bleeding. I asked for an ethical way to please remove the acrylic nails and she said it would be $10 extra. Please do not waste your time going here. The ladies are incredibly rude as talking in their language. With no communication on your preference.

I go to the down stairs professionail store in st Luke’s and see Tanya . Her work is amazing she always takes her time and does an absolutely amazing job at what she does . Her lashes are always on point ! Her customer service is always great to have a chat with ! I recommend her in every way possible ! Thank you for doing my nails and lashes for so long ( sorry mine were so much work today )

My friend who had recently got her eyebrows microbladed at this location recommended I go get mine done with Tanya. Seeing as hers looked fantastic I decided to book an appointment. She was right. I now have had both appointments and I am very happy. Tanya took me through the whole process, made sure i wasn’t feeling any pain and even offered a blanket while laying there. The process took about 2 and a bit hours each visit (2) and her level of care, knowledge and professionalism was bang on. I highly recommend Tanya should you wish to get your eyebrows microbladed :)

I get my lashes from down stairs, and honestly she's amazing I paid for an In-full and she ended up doing a new set!! Didn't charge me she kept it at $75 and the quality of her work is great. They lasted 3 weeks no sweat!! They were straight no wonky ones (that make your eyes different) you will honestly walk out feeling Sooo good❤️

I’ve been going to the Proffesionail down stairs for years to get my lashes done, one thing for certain is they know how to get your lashes looking so good! They’ve never disappointed me! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, even when they are busy they always try their best to accommodate everyone. They are so gentle when doing my lashes and I get exactly what I’ve paid for. One of my favourite lash artists is Julia! She knows what she’s doing when it comes to lashes! I can’t stress how much I love getting my lashes done here, if you haven’t gotten your lashes done here already you’re missing out!
