Just booked for WOF and service over the phone. My first visit and was impressive. Explained all what was done and excellent service. Highly recommended. Would love if my car was washed and cleaned after service.

Very professional and friendly team.I was brought up with the idea that it's very difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic that won't rip you off so I was a bit concerned finding another place after my go to place had relocated. I had a flat tyre with side wall damage. I googled and this place was local and had great reviews so I thought I'd give them a go.I booked a tyre repair and service.The team were friendly and very professional and made me feel like my car was in good hands. I got a call a few hours later saying my cars ready for pickup. It wasn't over priced, it was a fair price for everything they'd done, I got a printout with all the work that was done on the car and now driving home my car feels and sounds smoother. Very happy with the service from the team and will definately be coming back for my next service. Awesome work team!

I have been using Silverdale Car Services for many years now for our personal and company cars. Andrew are the team are fantastic at what they do - highly recommend their services.

This company was asked to fix a car, the engine light was not on prior to giving them the car and Now it is. They have not fixed the car instead left a list of what needs to be done and charged over $1k? The car is in practically the same unsafe and unreliable condition it was in after asking them to fix it up. This is unacceptable I’ve called several other mechanics I know (as I’mnew to this area so thought I would try this company) and sent them your invoice and they have all! said along the lines of how dismal that level of behaviour and service is especially in a profession of your choice. If someone says they want their car fixed, you fix it! & charge accordingly! I will be letting the world know what a shameful experience this has been. Beyond infuriating to pay over $1k to have the car still not fixed. It should of all been done and charged accordingly! Duh! And! the $300 labour for under an hour too!. A joke the level of incomprehension, minimal quality, - infuriating. When someone asks you to fix a car you get the job done. You’re worse than bloody beneficiarys. And this is why most celebrities and proper Good people would never give you the time of the day. And yes I know Many proper celebrities (with multiple cars.. .) your rating is a 1/10 And that’s being polite. Enjoy your karma from the low quality service you provided to come back to you tenfold, I would suggest upgrading your mindsets and service. Jesus! Be part of the solution not problem. A Scammer mindset Is a Bad business mindset. There is NO substitute for Quality. That includes customer service, (Name exchange, have a good day, nice to meet you etc etc even just start with 1 of those. Jesus.)
