Many staff pretend to actually know stuff. Their products are low quality selling as if they were of a suitable standard. Valves, pumps have all failed in a 2 year period. Items I have bought from other stores have been fit for purpose for many years.

A great store that is very helpful whenever I need to buy products to work on the caravan. Customer service is almost always amazing.Their mark-up on Chinese made goods is too pricey though, and consequently most caravan owners I know just order the same products directly from China, so I think Burnsco should choose a fairer price point so people shop here more often. They charge $35 for products that are sold for $1.50 on the Chinese online stores.

Outstanding customer service, had placed and within 30 minutes had my order ready for the courier, i even asked if they could remove an item i had put in my cart by accient and the whole thing was fixed up and refunded within an hour. Really impressed.

I went in asking for a ShurFlo Revolution pump. I had done all the research and that was the one I wanted. The guy gave me a ShurFlo pump and said that was it. I got home and opened it and it was a ShurFlo Trailmaster. I also asked for the ShurFlo filter and he handed me a Seaflo one which I was lucky enough to notice. I've been to Burnsco a few times now and staff say anything to make the sale without really knowing about the product. Some useful products though.
