Bed Rumours

I purchased a queen crown plaza FZ11 mattress about 5 months ago. I have not yet had a good sleep on this mattress and would urge anyone considering purchasing to try one out first to make sure it suits you. The stitching in the mattress leaves indents and these are very noticeable when trying to sleep at night.In response to the reply below, I contacted the store I purchased from the same week I purchased and was told that as I had not used a store bought approved waterproof mattress protector there was no warranty. I was also not advised at time of purchase that this was required and I had used my own mattress protector. I was also told it can take several months to get used to a new mattress but there is no improvement or getting used to this. I also had two other mattresses on order which I tried to cancel as they were on back order and again was advised this was not allowed.

I'm writing this review very late at night because I can't sleep! I bought this Bed Rumours from Furniture Zone in Whangarei and from the start it was an awful experience. The mattress is the worst I've ever slept on. In the year and half or so since I bought it, I have had terribly painful backaches lasting a week or so. Two weeks of agony this time around! Never happened until I bought this awful bed. What's made it worse is that I emailed Bed Rumours" to complain about the poor quality of their mattress. You can feel all the lumps and springs as you move. I dont know what a good night sleep is anymore.What's made it worse is that I emailed "Bed Rumours". I received an automated 'thank you for your email' reply

Tried claiming the warranty a few times over the last few years with no response. The mattress has collapsed on both sides where we sleep and this was after 1 year. Its getting worse its now been 3 years and its supposed to have a 5 year warranty.

Very poor quality and the customer service is basically none, can't believe a company in NZ who actually ignore warranty claims.

I purchased a trundler bed for son after 2.5 year the bed is wobbling and the wood have few cracks. Did all the procedures for warranty and they decline.... Interesting see the stamp on saying written 5 years Garantee on all our beds". I would say bad quality for sure. Do not buy from Furniture Zone this brand its poor service and quality."
