Crystal was awesome to deal with. She really took the hassle out of creating branded merchandise for a recent conference. There were lots of moving parts and everything went seamlessly. The products were of high quality and exactly what we ordered.

We have just started using Promo Lab and received our first order which is great and so much cheaper than our usual supplier. Our Account Manager is Chrystal and she has been amazing to deal with, even turning up for a meeting when Auckland was being evacuated during floods. We will be using Promo Lab for all our merchandise in the future, and I can highly recommend Chrystal who provides amazing customer service. Great job!!

Highly recommend Olivia @ The Promo Lab. Her expertise, product knowledge, friendliness and patience dealing with me (who can be somewhat technologically challenged) was amazing.Also to Anna, our logo was a bit fidgety to fit on our choice of product but with a few trial and errors she made it work.Product was made and shipped promptly, is great quality and to top it off as we are a not for profit organisation, Olivia managed a discount for us. Thanks team.We will definitely be ordering more product going forward

Promolab deliver great stuff at great prices, they get things to you quickly and of a good quality. When we worked with them, they are always happy to make design changes and do put the customer first. We've been working with Olivia and she's helped us with some really big jobs and really small jobs and we're really happy with everything we've received from the promolab.
