LEVI (the staff) looked after us really well and accommodated our million questions cheerfully and patiently. He seemed to know his craft well and we certainly need more people like him as it definitely make customers' experiences better. Well done. Deserves a promotion and a raise.

Extremely helpful staff. I have been back multiple times and never fail to get great assistance. This is an excellent store if you want to see a great display of product especially whitewear.

Unfortunately if a product is placed in a different location you still have to pay the original price. I found a headset $100 cheaper than the original retail price but the sales person then later told me it wasn’t the right price some otherstaff placed it there which meant even after complaining he still refused to sell at the price i saw. Yes i get it its a big deal for the company but your service level and staff need huge improvement.Nole leeming stores around NZ seem to have this issue where staff aren’t welcoming….

Really an excellent store for home appliances or electronic needs. Staff tend to be fairly knowledgeable on the latest features of this year's models. Can offer in store comparisons of many models.

Normally this store is all good to shop at...BUT, the other day I was looking at some apple watch and I asked one of your staff if you guys would have some stainless steel version on display. He replied me No and it's VERY EXPENSIVE." so from that I feel like he's basically saying I probably can't afford it??! Okay

Viskas was fantastic. He was efficient. Knew what he was talking about. He was friendly and had a great sense of humour. We were happy with our purchase. The environment was nice too.

Worst experience ever. We were desperate for a new fan. Asked one of the team members to guide us. Unfortunately, he couldn’t speak English he couldn’t tell us anything about the product we were wanting to buy. He doesn’t know anything about the product itself and kept saying “ buy it buy it, it’s good it’s good” we asked if there was any other brand or something similar he said “ no no no sell out “ we ran out of time so we just had to get what was there. We asked for the box he said “ no box sold out” ???? So we left with a fan itself with no box. Came home sitting here clueless not knowing how this fan works I mean imagine being a store assistant and don’t know anything about what you’re selling and being unable to assist the customers. I mean really?We were looking for another staff who could actually assist us and tell us more about the product of how it works or anything about it but there was only a couple more staff who was already assisting some other customers and we had to leave. We wanted to know what we were buying and hear about how the product works rather than “ ITS GOOD BUY IT” we asked lots of questions but he said “ don’t know” and he was figuring it out front and back and that was very awkward and the way he wasn’t trying to ask for another team member for help when he knew that wasn’t his place and he doesn’t know anything about it.Do better. Ask for help from your team.

We weren't helped by one member of staff as he said to us that he couldn't open his phone and then went to another customer and immediately opened his phone up to help this other customer. I was annoyed by this staff members actions towards us and felt that we had been lied too as all we wanted was to pick up an item we had ordered from another store as they didn't have said item in store. We did get great service from a younger staff member who went and got the item that we purchased.

The worst shopping experience in New Zealand. We brought a LG TV on Black Friday, when we were in the store, the box was re-sealed but the sales told us it’s just not taped well and he promised it is a BRAND NEW TV. When we back home and open the box…surprisingly the document shows it’s a returned TV that is faulty. You guys did a very good job, see you on the Commerce Commission!

I got a samsung screen last Sep, $200 more than other vender. i thought it is value for good service. but now i get a really bad service, no any reply more than 5 weeks for repair. i ask what was happenned, the guy said we forget to delivery the power adpater with the screen to samsung. where is my screen???????????
