It was a very bad experience today. Friend wanted to look at frying pans. As there was a lady working in the spot we wanted to go to, we waited for her to acknowledge us. She didn't. She stepped away with a very angry look on her face and mouthed the word WHY" when she thought I couldn't see her. Please mind your service thinking. It is customer money

Really poor customer service this morning (08/04). I was returning goods and then bought some goods and dealt with 4 different staff members and the attitudes were awful from all 4. Then store had lots of discounts on which weren't showing up when the products were scanned. I queried the prices and was told I had to go and find the sales ticket and physically bring it back to them. If your prices aren't correct and as advertised it shouldn't be the customers job to run around the store pulling off the sales adverts to prove it" to you."

Had really good service at the Rangiora branch. But meet one of the rudest retail woman I’ve ever met here. I will be staying away from here.

Manager was very rude when I went to return or exchange the item !! She want me to hurry up like in other words she is saying to me get lost because she have other customers waiting in queue !! Felt very bad !! Like I am not their customer just because I took an item to return or exchange!!Really bad!!

Not good when it says chick and collect same day why was I told it would take 1-3days before I could pick it up
