A lady that served me, presumably a manager due to her blue top, needs to learn communication skills. Felt uncomfortable being served by this individual so will not be back again. After hours. 03/02/23

Order area kiosks are way too closely packed and cramped. One was also malfunctioning and nobody could place an order on it. Restaurant dirty also. The coffee cup was over filled and leaked through the lid. Also not up to the usual McDonald's standard, taste was off and not enough milk

Coffee served only in cardboard cups, I could taste the cardboard after taste. Told me they no longer serve a crockery cup,very sad. The Coffee it self was a little on the weaker side, but iv had worse.The revamped counter area is not very appealing took away the mccafe counters, catering more for takeaway i suspect. Well of to coffee culture for me now!

Staff are extremely lovely but someone in there keeps getting my orders wrong like a Big Mac instead of a Mcchicken and no tomato when the box had the grill slip printed on it so they knew to put tomato on it, I paid an extra $1.40 for two slices for absolutely no reason apparently. I can never be bothered to go back either but it’s so disappointing at the end of the day. Breakfast is always good even with changes like no/different sauce and coffee is great.

Another MacDonald’s messed our order up so we had a voucher here. We had some other stuff on our new order too and they told us to move to next window (we hadn’t paid yet) and when we got to next window they made us go around the busy drive through again and as if it was our idea to miss the payment. Nevertheless, food was better than the first time!
