Oh u blocked me on fb n deleting all the negative comments made against ur rudeness, as well as ur wet wood. Ur ripping off people who struggle to buy wood from u!!!

Great wood fantastic

Sadly we were very disappointed with the service and product of primo firewood. We ordered dry gum wood and pre paid, delivery came 12 days later and were delivered pine, with much of it wet, and then told that the load was mixed anyway with gum, and there were literally 4 pieces in a 2m square load. We were then advised that they would refund part of the cost (basically the difference between gum and pine) and later changed their mind. I asked the owner to come back and see that the wood was pine and not mixed and they didn't want to. Be careful and expect to be stuck with what you get.

friend asked if firewood was dry they said yes got wet firewood dropped off then tried to msg on fb and got blocked

Really good service, did just as required and for a good price. Thoroughly happy and recommend this business to anyone that needs dry firewood.
