a very helpful and friendly sales team plus hard working owners, with quality mattresses and made in NZ bed frames. The delivery for us was to Whangārei with a very competitive transportation price as they efficiently combined Northland deliveries from Auckland up to Kataia, Kerikeri, Whangārei and Mangawhai.... a highly recommendable supplier

Quality product, great customer service, delivered and set up in the bedroom with a smile. Even when there was a delay with the manufacturer they took personal care to ensure the bed was delivered at the earliest opportunity. Very happy with our purchase and their service.

Great team that's more than happy to patiently explain the difference between their bed models. They were non-pushy and very helpful. Bed was delivered on time as expected. Would definitely recommend visiting and considering their options if you're in the market for a premium bed.

We've had such great experiences with Waitemata beds. Today our 2nd bed, from them, arrived. Having got a good deal, the guys brought it down, unpacked it, set the head board and bed up and took away the packaging and did it all with a smaile and great chat - we know why we came back for more. These guys know there is competition out there and go the extra mile with service. Bravo, keep up the good work team.

Very happy with the comfort of the bed, and the improved sleep we're getting as a result. The two delivery guys were superb! Nothing was too much trouble, despite having to remove the old base over the first floor balcony. They were friendly, helpful, with a can do" attitude
