They are absolutely useless. Half the staff have no idea what’s going on and don’t know how to do simple tasks. As a former staff member it is disappointing to see this behaviour.

Absolutely disappointed with the service. Made an online order and they never inform anything out of stock. They just simply replace with anything. I requested refund but they refused too. Sounds like everything is right to them and customer always the wrong one. What a bad experience ever !!!!

Don't order the salmon sushi, I had the salmon sushi value of the day today and the fish was rancid with soggy rice. I had to throw it out. I came really early in the morning so the sushi were probably leftovers displayed all day yesterday.

Amazing establishment. Always so full at lunch hour that you have to stand in a line that pours outside onto the sidewalk, therefore you must stand in the wind and the rain before you can get your sushi. Once you do get in, the staff are so madly busy they shout at you every five seconds about whether you've decided which box of sushi to buy. It is the most perfect place to go if you're an Auckland Uni student, or someone who works close by, and need to grab something and go. The sushi itself is always delicious and well-made.

Other than the expired soy sauce, I would rate 5 stars. Expired 21 days, and 4 pieces of sushi alreay been eaten when I saw the date, what a shock!

Second bad sushi experience here (abbout 10am this morning). This is the 'double avocado' vegetarian sushi. Nothing 'double' about the avocado serving at all - was stingy as and used about a 1/4 avocado. Was literally just a stick of avo and rice fpr $8.50. Was loosely wrapped so it all fell apart as I went to eat it.Very poor service as well, the lady had no communication skills whatsoever.Won't be coming back

The food here is average. Not the worst I have had but not very good. The problem with dishes like the Beef teryaki bowl is they buy the lowest grade beef they can get and charge $16.00 for basically alot of rice and stringy low grade beef. Avoid this place there are alot better sushi stores in the CBD
