Even organized a short video meeting just to touch on the basics. When the night finally arrived, DJ Luke was fantastic and definitely played an important role on our wedding reception. Our guests had a blast with the DJ's choices in his mixes as well as playing any song requests thrown at him! Never underestimate a good dj at your wedding or events, they can bring so much out of a crowd. Its a big YES from our recommendation, and we will convince them for any future events that we know.

As a wedding photographer I get the chance to meet and work with so many bands and DJs and when I wanted to book a DJ for my 40th birthday I had no doubt that I have to go to Jarrod. We had a fantastic experience with MIX it DJ. Bryce crushed it, and he mixed our first dance perfectly! (we had a request to mix an acoustic version of a particular song for our first dance into the radio version). Great music selection process before the event and easy to deal with both before and during the event. Highly recommend

A fantastic experience liaising with the team at Mix it DJ for our multi-day, multi cultural wedding! From the get go, Jarrod was very professional, answering all emails and questions in a timely manner and even organising a video call with us. We had an exceptional guitarist, Sam Allen, play for our ceremony and cocktail hour and DJ Luke bust out the beats during our reception. When you don't end up eating a bite of dinner because you're too busy dancing, you know it's been a great night! Thanks team!

We went for the DJ + saxophone package for our wedding and it was the BEST decision! Everyone got on the dance floor after our first dance and they did not leave. We had our friends in their 20s, our parents’ friends in their 60s and even my husband’s 90 year old grandmother dancing away. Jarrod is super easy to liaise with, fast at replying to emails and made the process so smooth. Highly recommend these guys for any event!

I've made right decision by reaching out MixIt DJ and DJ Luke who was assigned to keep my party going all night. He was easy going, accommodating and friendly making everyone enjoyed their time at the party. The songs choice were a mixture of my favourite, guests' request and also DJ's - all I could see the dance floor was never vacant! Also huge thanks to Jarrod who kept the effective comms prior to the event making things organised and under control also less stress for me as the host for my big 5 birthday and also a farewell party. We had an epic night for my 50th thanks to Mixit DJ! Guy did an such an amazing job with the music, it was a no brainer to extend the service for another hour. He truly contributed to a fun & memorable evening. Booking was easy, great communication from, faultles, professional service from both Jarrod & Guy. money well spent! We will definitely be coming back to you guys for any future events! And will be highly recommending to all our friends!
