I called Insulmax to discuss options for wall insulation. The Admin contacted me promptly to ask what I was looking for and arranged a callback with the tradesman directly to arrange a time to quote. I was given a rundown on what to expect, how the job would be done and costed at a very reasonable price. I was also given payment options to help me work my budget. They then followed through with clear communication, turning up when they said they would, doing a great job, tidying up after themselves. There was a final check in after the job by the owner to make sure I was happy, I can't fault the care and consideration I felt as a customer and highly recommend this business.

Initially I was very reluctant for this to go ahead as we have a 100 year old villa and I did not want holes drilled in it. However, I was persuaded and after the work was done, which includes putting primer and first coat on, I could hardly see where the holes had been to paint the second coat. Very good finish and the installers were really nice people to deal with. House is also much quieter. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. All staff very friendly and professional. Job was done with minimal disruption to our family. The kids loved watching them too! They worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. We noticed a difference in our house immediately and now use less than half the wood we used to burn to heat our home. The Insulmax Auckland team insulated the walls in our house in Whangārei six months ago and we’re loving it! The house is noticeably warmer this winter compared to last. We barely use our heat pump anymore as the house now holds the heat that it gets during the day from the sun. The street noise has reduced significantly too - an added bonus that we hadn’t considered before insulating our house. The process was quick and easy from start to finish and the Insulmax team were great to deal with. An all round quality service!
