Great sales talk, they know just what to say to close the sale and that's where it ends. They have a mechanic that claims he can't hear a noise, he didn't even know where to locate the battery either (in the boot) then struggled to get the battery out.I went back with battery issues, I got talked into splitting the cost of the new battery, (within 1 week of taking delivery) the new battery was not registered to the vehicle as it should be, fitted by their professional friends. The starter motor was also turning slowly, this was resolved under the consumers guarantee. A couple weeks later, the battery light came on again, now they are only prepared to have the car tested again after a long story. I took the car to real professionals, they could see that the battery had not been registered to the car, this can cause major issues with the power supply to the battery and can overcharge it and mess up the wiring and electronics to the car.So as long as you get a trouble-free car, they are great to deal with, when you have issues that may cost them, then heaven help you because they won't.
