Medplus Family Medical Centre

We always get excellent care from everyone at Medplus. Recently our long time GP has been on leave to focus on her own health but there has never been any problem getting in to see another GP or Nurse - and always in a timely way despite how busy they are. We feel incredibly lucky when we know so many others are struggling to get find a GP / Practice.

We had such a fantastic experience at Medplus today getting our Covid vaccines. Everything ran so smoothly and was so professional. Social distancing was in place, plenty of sanitiser everywhere and everyone wearing masks. I’m 36weeks pregnant so all of the safety measures put in place were so reassuring. Thank you to all the staff at Medplus for making this an easy experience. Would highly recommend.

Too many disappointments from this place mainly dealing with my kids. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but just get let down probably 75% of the time being a customer/patient here. I guess my family of 5 as enrolled patients keeps getting the more negative side of this clinic.

We have been patients at Medplus for many years. All the staff are wonderful and professional and caring. The team have seen us through so many ups and downs of health and have never missed a beat. We often have them following up by phone to check on issues and the phone contact was particularly outstanding during our time isolating at home with Covid. You will not get a better, more professional, more well-rounded offering of services than the team at both Medplus clinics.

Excellent doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff are very friendly and always professional. They make you feel very well cared for and you can easily manage your own bookings, check your lab results, and even read the doctor's notes.

I have been a patient at Medplus since it's beginning, and can honestly say that the staff ; doctors, nurses and receptionists have always treated both myself and my family members with caring and professionalism. I miss not being able to visit in person, but they are doing an amazing job in difficult circumstances. Thank you as always for your advice and help .

Medplus Hauraki has been our family practice since moving to Auckland four years ago. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are all so friendly and professional. Love the online portal for booking appointments and online consultations. Also very handy to have the pharmacy right there too. Highly recommend.

The absolute best Medical centre with passionate staff who go above and beyond!When you walk through the door, you are quickly greeted with a warm and friendly smile from one of the receptionists. The service is always very quick.Jean is the most understanding GP. After being dissatisfied with my last GP, and always walking out of an appointment feeling like I had not been listened to, I decided to change to Medplus, after Jean was highly recommended to me. Jean is so kind, compassionate, and always gets things seen to promptly. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure that her patients feel heard. I always look forward to seeing her.The nurses are all so kindhearted and caring, too. When my son has needed his immunizations, or to be seen by a nurse, they have always made sure that he is happy and comfortable. Gemma and Pippa are so skilled and also possess this same empathy. Recently, my son was quite ill, and Pippa ended up calling me after her shift had ended, and over the weekend when she was not rostered to work, to check how my boy was doing. She really went the extra mile, and it is the little things like this that really mean so much.I am so happy that I chose Medplus as my GP, and I couldn't have chosen a better practice to care for mine and my family-friendly health needs.

What a fabulous, professional team working day in, day out under very difficult circumstances (covid times). I do not have a single bad thing to say about them. They are professional, pro-active, caring and I think their selfless work is under appreciated. THANK YOU, THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO FOR OUR COMMUNITY
