This place is aweful. Have been Renting a lot of DVDs from this store, especially over the winter months. The phone never gets answered when I ring for queries, we get hounded with several txt per day to remind us to return DVDs by 6pm (one txt is ample thanks!) then once DVDs are returned, often than not, we are then txt to say DVDs haven't been returned, and only later they find that they had them all along. And lastly the attitude of the staff down there is below shocking!!! Rude, grumpy clowns.

I had a excellent experience here... The customer service was brilliant... he was very informative certainly knew his videos and the area... had a few laughs with him... it was good would definitely be returning and recommending

Although some may think that United Video is the thing of the past, I will absolutely disagree with you non lovers of United Video. I love and enjoy my experience at the video store when I am taking my time in selecting a DVD I haven't seen. Keep up the good work team at the United Video, and will keep visiting you as a loyal customer.
