These guys are beyond amazing. The day my car was booked in my husband came down with Covid, sending us into self isolation. They went out of their way to not only pick up, but also return the car so I didn't have to try and rebook. On return, not only had they repaired the paint and panel so well, it looks like it was never dinged, but they also cleaned my car and left a wee gift in my letterbox. Hopefully I never need panel beating services again, but if I do, they will be my first stop.

Very polite and friendly staff. Clear communication and details on what to do and when and why. Very prompt work on my car and it was back before their expected timeframe. They even washed my car and left a box of fudge. Super impressed with them.

I needed a quotation for an insurance claim after my car was rear ended. I was referred to another shop who had poor reviews so I called around and was referred here as they will work with BNZ.They were able to do the quotation same day and were up front about expectations as to when they can to start the repair work.

An excellent job, with their high quality workmanship very evident. Professional and completed the job well within the timeframe advised. Very good loan car and the fudge on completion was a nice treat. Happy to highly recommend Harrows, these guys are very good at what they do!
