Absolutely appalling service. I will not be going back. Super unhelpful manager, who needs to understand who pays her salary! Tried to have my new faulty iPhone fixed, ended up having to sort with Apple myself, despite these muppets actually selling me the phone earlier this year.

Said that was our last bill, but end up gave us another invoice a month later, a bit dishonest in term of services and waited so long, usually longer than half an hour for a support person attend to the phone. Asked me so many questions and does not get to the point to provide the help we needed! Indeed, HOPELESS!!

Pre ordered S10 and was told it would come with wireless earbuds. It didn't. Told me that my plan wasn't eligible after the fact. To their credit they reimbursed me the value of the airbuds but was kind of looking forward trying them. Never mind. All good.

wait time on phone queue for 2+ hours just to speak to someone, gave up in the end and hung up. Complete waste of my time! Don’t get me started on their awful hold music that just repeats itself. Ridiculous.

Poor service with a wait for nearly an hour .Made an appointment at 11AM and didn't get seen till 1150. Lack of knowledge of how to connect phone to bluetooth and overall service poor.
