I had an amazing experience renting through Pegasus. They were so helpful and accomodating, and the booking rates were cheap. I'd especially like to thank Franco, he went above and beyond to make my time renting the car as smooth as possible. If I ever had any issues, he went above and beyond to help me out.I had to call him to change the end booking date for my rental car 3 times (because I was waiting for my other car to arrive, which kept getting delayed) and he always figured out a way to make it work and made the process of adjusting my booking stress-free.I'd highly recommend Pegasus for anyone looking for a rental car i Queenstown! Can't say enough about the fantastic service from Franco and his team. Decent vehicle suited our needs in size and value. Will definitely use again! Had chains just in case we needed them. The Shuttle driver shot hubbies cellphone back to us at the airport after he left it in the car so we didn't miss our place in checking lines. Thanks so much team.

i booked a premium suv guaranteed 2015 version , got a very old model even without bluetooth. the office is located in a very far-off place, and the whole business still in a family business scale. the wheel skidded on gravel road, very dangerous. definitely recommend to try Omega Rental in stead of this. SORRY, true experience.

Good on email and phone communication, but poor customer service with regards to shuttle service to airport, plane was delayed only 20 minutes so missed last shuttle , as hours cut off at 4.45pm, ,then on return trip for airport drop off in pouring rain, driver didn’t get out of van to open door, assist with luggage or even close the door after I had made 3 trips to carry gear to pavement.In future I would pay a bit more and use company either at airport or with longer shuttle hours and hopeful better service

My cousin and I hired a car from Pegasus Car Rental whilst he was in New Zealand visiting me on holiday. We had the best service and Andrea made the whole process so easy. The car was great and we saw so much of beautiful New Zealand. Will definitely be hiring again with Pegasus Car Rental!

My wife and I hired a vehicle from Pegaus for a number of days in Queenstown. All the staff were friendly and efficient, which made pick up a pleasant exchange for two weary travelers. We booked a people mover through Pegasus for our week-long trip in the South Island last week. Our flight into Queenstown was diverted and delayed but the team over at Pegasus walked me through the entire check-in process over the phone and made arrangements so that I could pick up the car after their office hours. It was much appreciated after a long and stressful day of international travel.The car we rented was clean and in great condition, and presented no issues at all during our trip. Also appreciated that it came with Android Auto and Apple Car support which was very handy. Dropping off the car was effortless and the shuttle service was very efficient.Emails were always promptly responded to and the office staff were incredibly helpful. Their rates are very reasonable too. Would highly recommend Pegasus to anyone looking to rent a car in New Zealand.

Not a straightforward rental with Queenstown wide shortage of cars and a minor issue with discovering snow chains missing from the vehicle after I'd left Queenstown. Staff helpfully and cheerfully found me the best car they had for my needs and sorted the chains issue quickly and simply. Great value and staff who step up to sort issues if they happen.

I have now used Pegasus twice for lengthy trips. Both times the cars have been as described and in good condition. The service was great both times. Great value for money. Highly recommended.
