Chris the manager is amazing. We had a major problem with an appliance and she went into bat for us with the manufacturer and resolved our issue in a day - we couldn't be happier. This is why it's safer to buy local.

Very happy with my new oven purchase....I chanced my arm and asked for a discount from the ticket price and they matched the lowest comparable price...saving me $400. Then they delivered free of charge on the day I requested. The personal experience of a local business can't be bettered.

I have always found helpful, knowledgable service. Chris, the brunette" has a fantastic customer service personality. I had to question Lady Ant who said she was rude. She has waited on me dozens of times and always been extremely positive."

Very expensive shop and the brunette behind the desk is rude and unpleasant. I asked her why the cord cost is $35 when you can buy it somewhere else for $3 (!!) she told me to go somewhere else. Next time I went she was chatting away and made me wait till I had enough and left. Would never go there again.
