The way one of them prepped my chicken was amazing. It was wonderful. A Filipino looking boy. Reminded me of a cute little panda. Also had 2 other workmates of his who took my order, amazing customer service. Very charming young men. Thank you for preparing my chicken well, made my day.

Charged 4.9 for a soda, the soda machine is dead, only water comes out, no bottled drink available. The store is super dirty, no one cleans the table and the floor is wet and sticky. Not happy. Anyway the food still tastes good.

First time trying Texas Chicken & quite pleasant. Lady serving at the time was exceptionally helpful. We had no idea what was on the menu & nowhere in store was there a menu to look at to help us decide. Yes, there were menu boards above the server, but they kept moving & we had no idea what options there were. Server told us most of the menu & after asking us what we were after, gave us recommendations. We enjoyed our meal, chicken was tasty, chips were extra yummy, & tenders were larger than expected. Quite greasy, but overall good experience. Especially thanks to server. A menu somewhere (even on a wall) would be helpful.

11/10 service and very efficient. The food was super hot and the honey butter bun was exceptional. It was so fluffy and asking for extra glazing was so worth it. The new honey chicken was also very yummy and juicy (drumsticks). The breast was a bit dry but that’s usually normal.Didn’t expect this from Texas chicken but was very impressed.The only downside is the prices of drinks seem to be quite high? And the menu wasn’t updated to the newest food items.Maybe Friday night is best to come visit after seeing all these negative comments.

Who wants KFC’s seasonal crispy chicken when you can have it at Texas chicken all year round. The peace’s were massive, the spices had the right kick and the place was clean and nice to sit in and eat. The fries were a bit burned, they need to adjust the frier timer or temperature.

QR code puts you at the back of the queue rather than skipping it, order took 30mins?!?! Apparently you need to let the staff know you're there or they won't pack it, then why does the sign say skip the queue??? Staff said there is nothing they can do when they could easily write a note on the sign! Store is so dirty and greasy everywhere and we didn't even come during peak hour

I was given the wrong items despite informing them multiple times what I had ordered. The chicken on the burgers was dry. The team did not seem to work together, and so the front counter was often left unattended despite customers waiting. They seemed to be short staffed, but I could also see two people making potato and gravy at the back, which they had run out of. They said they had run out of lettuce as well. One of the girls wasn't wearing a uniform but was wearing a red jumper. Overall, the whole experience was a mess, customer service was poor, and it felt like we as customers were a nuisance to the staff more than anything.

First time and will be my last. Have never tried Texas Chicken. The food was nothing to rave about. Lacked flavor lacked sauce. However, the chicken in the burger was big. Arrived within 30 minutes of it opening, and it was filthy. The toilets were horrendous. Obviously, it hadn't been cleaned at closing time the previous day. Urine on the seats and floors, marks in the toilet. When advising the staff of the situation, they appeared to not really care. Had I seen that earlier, I probably wouldn't have eaten there. If they are happy for customers to see that filth, I can only imagine what goes on in the kitchen. Make an effort to keep your establishment clean, not just went the council gives you at least two weeks notice for their grading visit.

Terrible place. Full of dirt. Hair on the tables. Spilt drinks. Needs a good clean.Considering a Fast Food Restaurant - we were waiting 20 minutes for 1 piece of chicken and a Coleslaw. Chicken tasted off.I ordered a Regular Size Coleslaw, which was tiny!!Won't come back.
