I called Curtis electrical to come fix my hot water cylinder the element was soo badly corroded we had no hot water that's OK done a great job friendly guy but when I received my bill 3-4 weeks later was a tad bit dearer than I thought an I was in arrears for a late payment he had my email address i was waiting the next day after he had done the job for my invoice I had the money ready to pay I actually had to ring to remind them that I was waiting on an invoice they sent an email to me an I was gob smacked that they had extra charge me for a late payment I did pay the full amount an I will never be using them again rated 1 star
