I have had consistently bad experience (Nelson, ChC) with Peugeot servicing for my 308 that I purchased new in 2015.....door still not fixed, the oil was not changed from the last service, water was not replaced, window wipers not replaced. I wondered if they even looked under the bonnet. They cannot even answer their phones.

Incredibly disorganized beyond belief which ended up in me having to pay for a full service I didnt get due to their booking error. They said they would finish my service next time I book in!! Not only was the experience dreadful but I am now out of pocket due to their mistakes. Shocking unethical behavior not to mention my concerns about the safety and warranty I now may not have with my new vehicle.
