Absolute rubbish and waste of time and money I was charged about 150 when he told me it was only going to cost me like 90 via text msg he replaced my cables that was fine but my brakes were worse off and most my gears slip now where only 1 slipped before I took it into the shop now my bike is rubbish. Highly not recommend try bobs bike bikes any other place just not this shop.

In true 11 year old child fashion, I was told less than two days before his school triathlon that his bike's gears weren't working and that he needed a new brake pad. After not being able to book in a repair/service at 3 other places that would meet our unrealistic timeframe, Franc came through with the goods! He was fully booked but offered to take a look 1st thing the next morning to see if he could fix it before the next day's triathlon. He was kind and helpful and went out of his way to help us, making for one very happy 11 year old! Will most certainly be supporting that business in the future.

Impressive selection of e-bikes in store, managed to supply a bunch of unique parts I needed, raised handle bars, hydraulic brake line with fittings, fluid and mirror... all the other shops I tried wanted to order parts in but we have the timber trail ride the next day. Bike sorted, friendly helpful service. Would use again!

The guy charged like $170 for a service, total rip off, and didn't even fix the issues I was having. It's like he didn't even service it, then charged me anyway. Never going back

This guy is a rip off ,don't take your bike here ,we got charged $180 for nothing ,bike came back worse than when we dropped it off ,now we will have to take to another bike shop to sort......
