The Owners of Kim’s Club were so nice. He even came outside and waved to us as we were leaving. There are some bad reviews for this store, but keep in mind that they aren’t that confident with speaking English. I definitely will be going back to get my favourite Korean snacks!

Extremely Disappointed Experience at a Korean Grocery Store: Poor Service and Verbal Abuse by the OwnerI am extremely disappointed and outraged by my recent experience at a Korean grocery store. Firstly, the owner displayed a cold and unfriendly attitude. When I entered and greeted them, they completely ignored me, leaving me with a sense of disrespect and disregard.What shocked me even more was when I was selecting items to purchase, the owner verbally abused me in Korean! Perhaps they assumed I couldn't understand Korean and felt it was acceptable to insult me. It is unbelievable that they would treat me in such a rude and disrespectful manner, showing no concern for the fact that I was a paying customer. I have never encountered such impolite treatment in any other store, and this attitude is a complete disregard for customer rights.I believe I have no reason to tolerate such abhorrent treatment, and I have decided to inform other potential customers about my experience, so they can make an informed decision when choosing where to shop.I firmly believe that any business should respect and care for their customers. If they are unable to provide basic courtesy and respect, they should not expect our support and trust. Therefore, I strongly advise everyone to avoid visiting this Korean grocery store to prevent experiencing a similarly unpleasant ordeal.

Very rude customer service everytime i go the guy is so rude and their eftpos machine is always so slow and then he keeps telling me declined declined i have to try 3-4 times before it accepts but he acts like its my problem and tells me contact bank when its a issue on their side so stinking rude if i didnt have to shop there i wouldn't!!!!!!!

This is the second time visiting this shop and it will definitely be the last. What a fool were we going back. The man there has disgusting people skills and we've never had such a rude experience. He was incredibly rude the first time, he wanted us out of the shop as he wanted to close. We thought it was maybe an off day for him, so we came back once more. We'll no, he wasn't having an off day the first time, as this must be the way he treats certain" customer's. He obviously was very upset we were looking in the freezer too long and speaking angrily in Korean to us twice

Only place in Hamilton I could find that had all of the items I was after. The owners were super nice and helpful. I read many bad reviews about them being unwelcoming towards non-Korean people but I an not Korean and I am very happy with my experience there. I do speak some Korean and have spent some time in Korea so am more aware of customs and culture so that could have contributed to the different experience I had. Overall very happy and so glad there is somewhere in Hamilton I can buy Korean food/ingredients from.

Dear Mr. Kim,I am deeply offended by your customer service again today. This is the second time I went to your store. I thought you were just having a bad day the first time we visited, however this does not appear to be the case. You attitude is terrible again once you found out that I am not Korean and you cannot wait to send me out of the door. I do really hope you read this post and change your attitude to be inclusive of all customers regardless of their ethnicity or race.

I can't believe it, the owner of the Korean grocery store actually insulted customers. I often visit Korea and have Korean classmates and friends, and I have never encountered such rudeness from Koreans. I want to say to this elderly couple, aren't you ashamed of behaving like this at your age? Don't you feel like you're bringing shame to Koreans?

Finest establishment, A rare gem of Hamilton, a top 5 must visit wonder of Hamilton; These are the many things this establishment embodies.All this made possible with the astute gentlemen of a character that is Mr Kim, full of vigor and radiating pure gleaming joy. Giving each foreign visitor an A class tour of his humble abode and a one of a kind experience. This man is truly one of a kind, carrying the hospitality of Korea on his shoulders.

When we entered the store the male owner was greeting the other customer (korean) nicely, but not us. He was staring at us in a rude and unwelcoming manner and got annoyed at my two year old who said ‘hi’ to him. So if you’re not a korean, don’t bother coming here.
