I am a regular customer and think they do a really good job but the hygiene seriously needs to be improved. I went first thing in the morning and pretty sure first customer for threading. The bed was very dirty. Hadn’t even been wiped down. I picked up the pillow and shook it to get some of the mess off and worried about what I was putting my head on. Last time was the same. I want to continue to use this business but they let themselves down so badly with this poor cleanliness. Just fix this and many people will be much happier.

Mandeep was awesome so proffesional with my manicure today. She is a gem. The lady who did mum's pedicure was nice and gentle with her and she had a wonderful experience. She wont go anywhere else. Thank you Idol Nails for making our visit so enjoyable.

Seems to be a mixed bag these days, I have been coming here for years but standards have definitely declined the last few months, last pedi youg girl used my scrubber on the next person sitting next to me, not sure why she didn't say for her to stop! Place is looking shabby and dirty tried one more time after that experience seems to be getting worse each time

I went to have some nails removed. I called to make an appointment for 9am but had to wait to be seen until 9:30 because they just took walks in at any point. The lady used another fake nail to prise off my nail tips. I asked to have them soaked off. She refused and said it would take too long. It felt like she was pulling my nails off my fingers. She kept asking me to relax but that was hard when in so much pain. There were around 4 ladies working and all were helping at least 3 to 4 people at one time. I will not be going back and would not recommend.

I certainly won't be going back , I had a pedicure and manicure, . Done by 3 different people, none of them spoke or even said hello. SO RUDE. The polish was thick and took ages to dry ,so my nails looked awful with smudged nails, the polish should not have been on the shelf, needs to be biffed. An absolute waste of $60Maybe they need lessons on how to be nice to people,.Never will be back
