Absolutely fantastic, I traveled 45 minutes to use these vet's as they were a thousand Dollars cheaper than our local vet. It's the first time in 8 years I've felt comfortable leaving my dog in care of someone else the man was incredible explained everything so I understood exactly what was being done, surgery was done fast and my dog recoverd well and I'm happy to say I'd travel to take any of my pet back for that care and price.Well done pet central for keeping pet health number one and affordable.

We dont live in Rotorua but we needed the vets urgently when we found an abandoned kitten in the area, these guys (especially the lady we dealt with) went above and beyond to help us and thank you just isn't enough to say how much we appreciated your help and advice.

Very friendly staff, they always make me very inform with what's was going on with pets and my options of treatment if needed. My sweet cat got very sick unexpectedly, I had to say goodbye to him the whole team were very kind and compassionate right to the end. I would 100% recommend them and will continue to take my other pets there.

I had a medical emergency with my very nervous cat and they fitted us in straight away. Russell was great at calming down our cat and was very helpful and informative. The reception team were also very helpful and caring. Highly recommend.

Can not reccomend this vets enough. The whole team are so amazing. A big thank you to Matt for being so compassionate and professional. We had to put our rat down and it was right on closing and Matt never made us feel we had to hurry so he could go home just took his time and made this sad time better.
