Very happy with our grooms for Archie by Kim. Friendly service & she listens to what you’d like. Took us a while to find a groomer we happy with initially. Highly recommend.

We love Lord Ballingtons! We had such a rough time finding a groomer who was kind and patient with our shy boy Bruce. Kim is amazing! Such a great groomer and really cares for the dogos she grooms. Thank you Kim ❤

Great groomer, especially if you have a young puppy who is being introduced to being groomed. We really appreciate the time you take with our stubborn pup, especially when she is being resistant to having her chops trimmed.

Very bad customer service and she charged me extra $50 for late pick-up fee (50 mins) which isn’t mentioned anywhere in the website or explained from them.

A lovely, professional dog groomer who cares. After 1st visiting a different groomer and having some issues, I decided to try Lord Billingtons. Kim is natural with dogs. She is patient and empathetic with my puppy, who hates having his nails cut. He looked and smelled gorgeous after an hour at Lord Billingtons. I won't be taking him anywhere else from now on.
