Stable Property Matters
Stable Property has been superb as my recent property managers. They were responsive and attentive to any issues that came up during the two and a half years that we lived in one of their apartments. We absolutely loved the apartment, and having their excellent service available when needed made the living experience fantastic. I look forward to renting from them in the future, as they have set the bar impossibly high.

I can’t recommend Tracey and the team at Stable Property enough. Tracey was the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with over the many years I’ve been a tenant. She’s super responsive and I always left feeling understood and respected after every interaction. She’s friendly and approachable and always goes above & beyond to make sure everything’s taken care of. Make sure you choose Stable as you’ll be in very good hands. Thanks again team :)

Stable Property Matters
Stable has been great to us as tenants. Starting off with when they took over from the previous agency they were all about communication. Ryan was our property manager and has been a fantastic, his communication, friendly manner and commitment to ensuring we are happy and helping us through work that was done to the property and healthy homes issues has been outstanding. There are a few agencies I steer clear of, but Stable is not one of them! If I owed a house I would want them managing it.

As a tenant, I highly recommend Stable. Peter, our property manager, was excellent - he's an open communicator, respectful, and always quick to resolve any issues we had. We enjoyed renting and would rent with them again.

Stable Property Matters
As tenants, we have been very pleasantly surprised by just how good Stable is. Our agent is Ryan and he is always quick onto requests, notices issues with the flat when he does inspections (rather than us pointing out everything), and is always very kind, helpful, and respectful of our space. We feel very well-looked after, and it's so great having an agent who cares. There has been a noticeable difference in the management of the flat since Stable became the agency and Ryan became the agent. Would highly recommend!

We went through Stable to manage our property while being overseas. We truly appreciated liaising with Lincoln and Sam. They know the market, are reliable, professionals and excellent communicators. It was such a smooth process throughout the renting period. I’d recommend them to anyone who is looking for a property manager.

Stable property is incredible. As a tenant I always felt that Stable property was incredibly respectful to us as tenants but also ensured we treated the flat well. Stable Property Matters
Rented a property in the Wellington region managed by Stable properties and they were wonderful! They always replied quickly to emails and organised maintenance for any issues we raised very quickly. They organised for the outside of the house to be cleaned when we moved in, for the oven to be replaced, for the washing machine to be repaired and for our shower head to be upgraded. They always gave plenty of notice before inspections and were very reasonable with the standard they expected from us. They made it easy to rent our property and were always there to help. A wonderful team, particularly Tracey our property manager!
