The Hi-Lash Lounge
I’ve been getting my eyelashes extensions done at the hi lash lounge for a while now and I love every aspect of it. Heidi, the queen of lashes, has built an amazing team of lash technicians and is hands down the best in Wellington. I had my last infill done by Chanda and you can tell that they give nothing but the best to each and everyone of their clients. The lounge is such a relaxing space and has such a lovely vibe to it, it’s also in such a convenient location. 10/10 recommend❤️

The Hi-Lash Lounge
Chanda has been doing my lashes for a year and I wouldn't trust anyone else! I recommend her to everyone I know, because everyone tells me how amazing and natural looking my lashes are - and I tell them it's all Chanda! She is professional, incredibly skilled and her work is of the highest quality. 5 stars! You won't regret it.

Staff were lovely, but my lash lift is messy and inconsistent. Maybe the person I went to wasn’t particularly skilled with them. Probably wouldn’t come back.

I just went in today for Classic Lash Extensions, and was taken care of by Kristy. I had the most wonderful relaxing time with her, it was my first time ever getting extensions and I was very excited, as well as a bit nervous. Kristy was an absolute angel, she explained the entire process to me, and she was so gentle with my lashes I ended up falling asleep! I woke up to the most beautiful lashes that were tailored to my eye shape and a big confidence boost. I will be coming back soon, and definitely booking with Kristy again!

I had the privilege of training in Russian Volume Extensions with the lovely Heidi! She is so knowledgeable in eyelash extensions and I walked out with so many new tips and tricks to lash efficiently and safely. I also have so many new styles to try. She is the best in the game for stying, retention and values the health of your natural lashes. Would definitely recommend booking a course/eyelash extensions with HiLash!

The most incredible service I’ve had in a while for any beauty service, they 100% know their stuff inside and out and just all round do such an amazing job of lashes. Couldn’t recommend enough as they’re lovely here too :)I got a lash lift but looks like their extensions are brilliant too.

Kristin has been doing my lashes for around a year yet and I’ll never let anybody else ever touch them again! She’s a true perfectionist so I always walk out feeling cared for with the exact results I wanted. She’s creative, talented and has the most beautiful calming energy to be around, which makes the appointments so enjoyable.

Heidi was my lash artist for a few years and she would customise my lashes to my eye-shape and the look I wanted and I LOVED every single set she gave me.. In addition, the retention of her lashes are the best I have ever had. I have recently moved overseas and have experienced a huge price increase in lashes and they don't look like Heidi's did:( They are still nice but not up to the quality I am use to from Hi-Lash! I also find my lashes fall out so quickly so am having to get refills way more often then I use to.Now experiencing other lash artists I can promise you, you are getting more than your moneys worth at Hi-lash!! Can't recommend Heidi enough!!

The Hi-Lash Lounge
I had my lashes done by Kristen yesterday and it was such a lovely experience! She had some good tunes playing, made sure I was warm throughout the appointment and i really enjoyed the company of the salon puppy!! My lashes are looking fabulous, I asked for subtle colors and she nailed it perfectly! I’m super happy ❤️❤️
