Fast service, very helpful

I cannot comment on workmanship as my vehicle didn't even get to that stage. After waiting a few months to be scheduled in, I had a horrible experience. My car was due in for a roof paint on Tuesday and I was told it would be done on Thursday, ready to pick up. On Thursday morning I got a call saying they haven't even started my job... When queried why they said it was a delay from the insurance company, which gave the approval a number of weeks ago. So not sure... Anyway, I then asked when it would be done and the person said most likely the following Thursday. I needed my car after that so I emailed them to confirm that it would be ready then (which is 4 working days vs the original 3 day booked for). Next thing they tell me they decline the job.... frustrating to say they least.

Cant speak highly enough of BOP Collision Repairs. Very professional staff right the way through. Replaced and painted Front Bumper and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Brilliant staff who did an excellent job of repair on my car. Very professional easy to deal with and have a sense of humour (rare now days) I can honestly highly recommend them to all for any insurance repairs or just car panel / paintwork.
