The service I have received from Villi so far has been lovely. He welcomed me and my partner into our first new home with a box of treats which I thought was a lovely surprise, not only that he is a very reassuring, respectful and lovely person. Amanda has been amazing right from the initial meeting. She was really flexible to work around my travel arrangements and short time frames.Appraisal was turned around within 24hrs and her market knowledge is spot on. She knew exactley what my property would rent for and within 2 weeks of marketing, she had signed up the perfect renters at the appraisal amount.Very thorough incoming report with attention to detail and fantastic trade contacts to get the place sorted.Can not fault her communications!!!Anyone looking for a property manager that actually looks after your asset then Amanda and the team from Homely should be your first and only pick.
