Coffee was hot. We had lunch there too. Burger and fries. Good size burger, needed to be eaten using knife and fork! Fries were crunchy and hot.

Awesome food and cheerful staff here. Had snapper and chips, which was cooked to perfection. It’s the best place to have a feed after a day at the beach.

The food is fantastic but the staff seem to not want your business.To get a line for my fish and chips was a task and I'm surprised I got one because they weren't so keen with parting with their limes.There are 2 restaurants next to each other one for takeaway and one for dine in.They are the same food but don't you dare try to eat take away outside.

We were recommended to buy fish & chips if we were visiting this area. Flew in to Kerikeri from ChCh, drove the scenic coast route and called in for takeaway f&chips. Very disappointed. Batter was soggy, greasy, and bearly cooked. When removing the uncooked parts of batter a piece of blue plastic was was found!! We were served by the most delightful young woman though. Would not return for fish again.
