I went in today to the Constellation Drive store! I was served by Marcias (blonde lady) and she was amazing!!! Best service so friendly even though I only bought something small she made me feel like a valued customer!!! Love the service love her 10/10 !!!! Will definitely go back!!!!

I want to thank the staff very much for being kind to us. We went shopping there and i was very nervous because I am unable to wear a mask and have a medical exemption. the staff asked me and when I explained they left us alone and treated us the same as everyone else. thank you so much for being professional and respecting me. its not easy being treated like I have a disease wherever I go for something I cant do anything about.

very bad customer service,I bought a couch and also paied for delivery, and a week after bought a small armchair. I asked for it to be delivered to the store so I could pick up myself and not pay extra for delivery. But manager refused to accept and insisted on home delivery. so I did not order from the Albany brach and in a few minutes just asked from another branch by phone , and their staff very respectful ly helped us to buy and pickup from the other store.

Really helpful staff, friendly and low pressure environment. Nood were happy to just let us take our time and then answer our questions. Bought six dining chairs which were ready for collection four days after ordering.

Purchased two lawn games (finska + kubbs) from the store. After using the game a couple of times, the wood was very dented, numbers rubbing off, and the wood way fraying. VERY POOR QUALITY and SOFT wood with no varnish. Especially when you can go to Kmart, Kathmandu, or other retailers for much cheaper and are better quality.I tried to return them for a refund, and they said for Finska was ' normal wear-and-tare' and said they couldn't do anything for me. For kubbs, they offered an in-store credit; however, I am not interested in anything else in the store.Never using Nood again, and would not recommend them to anyone. This is a scam.
