Staff are always friendly and very helpful. We bought our child’s guitar from here and have been back for minor repairs which were accommodated quickly and at reasonable cost. A+

I'm not gonna lie, I always forgot this place was here and truth be told, I've not come here a lot over the last couple decades but we went in to buy some Shure inears and even though they didn't have it in stock, the staff member was very helpful in sourcing it from another shop and getting it sent straight to our house. Some music shop staff can be weird or almost arrogant when you go in but this dude was really awesome. On top of all this they stock some of my favourite brands that no other shop has so that's a big bonus and I'll definitely be back there to buy a guitar and a kick pedal.

Bought a new sax from here a few months ago and the mouthpiece chipped during a gentle clean. The thing gets played twice a week. They insist it must have been cracked from biting too hard (untrue) and said it’s $100 for a new one despite the warranty… don’t really want a new one for that cost if it’s that disposable. Guess we will go elsewhere for our purchases or buy online.

It’s a real shame, went in, chap barely lifted his head from the computer to greet us, had a look around, clearly wanting some info about the drums I was standing around, 2 of them behind the counter had absolutely no desire to talk to me, so I walked out. Why should I give my hard earned money to people that can’t even say hello, or how can we help. Went to music planet around the corner and gave them a couple grand for a drum kit instead. Atleast they were happy to talk to me.

Been in there twice. Both times I've had excellent and friendly service. Employees explain things at an understandable level for newbies but obviously know their stuff. One showed me how to restring my guitar, thank you. I will be coming back for sure
