The person I spoke with via text (Chloe I presume) was lovely and very helpful. However the good experience ended there. The flowers were delivered to the wrong house - this is the second time someone from my house has ordered flowers from Le Fleur delivered to the wrong house by the same delivery person. I was not notified when the flowers were delivered. After notifying them that I had not received them I got a call from the delivery person who said she delivered them to the wrong house and was not pleasant or helpful on the phone. When she got the flowers back and brought them to my house she did not say anything and just gave them to us. The flowers were in a box which is what I ordered but when I received them there was so much condensation inside the box that the flowers had begun to sag. Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to getting those flowers for someone else and although it was a beautiful arrangement I am still not happy with the overall experience.

I saw their website on Google and I was looking for a flower to take for my shoot as a prop. Their IG posts are so good, I fell in love with their arrangements. On the day I supposed to picked up my order I clearly stated in the order that I will pick it up 10-10:30am but coming to the store it was still close and when I have finally spoken to someone my order has not yet been organised yet that I have to come for another half hour, given I placed my orders a week ago. I was okay with it at first but I also sent an email regarding the floral arrangements at least I want a certain inspo but when I received it, I was not too happy with the arrangements. I love flowers and I always get excited seeing flowers, but that day it did not feel anything special and it has too much foliage. I should have just get the one from the hospital florist I saw the next day, it was way cheaper and has more beautiful arrangements and florals. During the shoot the flower mostly wilted without even been more than 5 hours which my partner commented on it too. With all the emails and DMs I did I got no response, hard to communicate.

I don’t even know if I have the words to explain how amazing Chloe is. She made all my dreams come true for my daughters 21st. The most amazing flowers and the best customer service. I don’t know if I’ll ever use a different florist ever again.The absolutely queen of flowers - highly recommend for everything - bouquets, weddings and events - gets it spot on every single time
