Carve Studio is awesome! Demi always keeps the classes exciting, you never know what is in store as it’s always something different - which I love. Demi is always checking on our form and offering encouragement to make sure we get the most out of our workout. Plus the music is a VIBE

The most beautiful reformer Pilates studio! Having been to a couple of studios around Christchurch, Carve has absolutely nailed it. It's beautiful aesthetic provides the most calming backdrop, and the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. What really stands out is Demi's ability to cater to all fitness levels in a class. No one goes unnoticed, and there are progressions and regressions for whatever stage of your Pilates journey you may be in. All members are given equal attention, giving you the sense that the instructors truly care about helping you to get the most out of your workout. This studio and Demi are sublime and I cannot recommend Carve enough. 100% worth every cent.

Wonderful environment and workout. Demi is an excellent instructor who takes the time to give novices like me the encouragement we need to be able to do the exercises. Her help and expertise are much appreciated. I even enjoy the sore muscles afterwards :)

Such a beautiful studio and space to get a workout in and have some me time. Demi is a great instructor who definitely has you leaving feeling you've worked muscles you didn't know were even there. I love that I could buy the trial pack to see if it was right for me and now have purchased more after enjoying it so much.

I’d never used a reformer so I was a bit nervous. Demi soon put my nerves at ease making me feel welcome and showing me how to use the machine and I soon settled into the moves. The instructions were clear, the lesson was a great pace with good music in the background and encouragement given throughout the session. It was a whole body workout which I could adjust to suit my capability, making it more challenging if needed. I’m now hooked and highly recommend giving this a go.

Demi is an awesome instructor and there is always such a great vibe in the studio. I would recommend everyone to give it a go, I signed up to the trial and now I’m hooked! There are adjustments for everyone and their fitness level.

Carve is such a lovely space, smells so amazing in there and always clean. I had never done reformer pilates but I am now 3 sessions in and love how it makes me feel. The coaches are amazing too, so encouraging and supportive. Highly recommend

As someone who is apprehensive about trying new things, I was unsure of what to expect at Carve. My apprehension disappeared after about 5 minutes of my first class. Demi is motivating and encouraging and makes it such an enjoyable experience. I am happy to say that I am now hooked and look forward to each session that I attend.
