Grant was excellent! I rang with a mouse issue on my laptop and he got me to check my drivers were updated which they weren't and that fixed the issue without having to take my computer to see him. Thank you!!

I am so grateful that I chose Grant to fix my computer. He is very personable, conscientious and knowledgeable, I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done on his or her computer. He Is not easily phased by complex IT problems, but is very solution orientated.
