Just wanted to do a huge shoutout to the guy working the stall today! Had epic service from him-he was working hard on his own but remained cool, calm, polite and was super helpful!Have already recommended this place to 3 people today! Stoked with my phone cases too!

DONT GO THEY ARE LIERS AND THEY RIP YOU OFF !the damage on my phone showing that I didn't drop it it cracked out of no where and the lines go in different directions and the phone is over heating aswell hence if I knew they were going to do this type of job then I would have never come thereThe lady lied to me 4 times saying technician is on holidayThen lying about speaking to head officeThen also lying about what botany store had saidI paid $679 for a overheating phone and cracked phone and the back screen isn't even glued properlyI DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL !

I went in to Happytel earlier today as my phone wasn't working. Helen managed to sort it out for me in a prompt and efficient manner. I am SO impressed with their service and highly recommend this place for mobile phone repairs. They also have a great range of phone cases - I bought one for my phone from here eighteen months ago (it was hard to find one that fitted because I have a rare model). Thank you so much, guys. Awesome and friendly customer service and clear communication. They fixed my daughter’s water damaged and cracked iPhone 8 Plus and delivered the most reasonable option for the repair (eg rather than replacing the home button at an additional cost of $100 they explained to us the use of the digital home button). The cost to repair was also way cheaper than other repairers we had inquired with.Highly recommend!
