Independent Police Conduct Authority
I have made 2 complaints about serious police misconduct, one result was they were asked to apologise which definitely was not appropriate but has allowed more of its kind to happen to innocent people. The other complaint was not looked into as the police officer involved make up a false defence which was proved to be wrong. When I requested police security camera files, they were destroyed

An absolute bunch of armchair critics, they are withdrawn from reality. Unrealistic and unreasonable. I think we need to do away with this PC organisation.

This organisation claims there is no problems in a complaint about John McKenzie investigating himself for covering up abuse in the racing industry.I feel they are out of touch with what people perceive as right and wrong.

no point going through IPCA, they don't investigate, they just ask their buddy's at the station for an explanation and send you a generic letter. make a civil case instead....

The Police are incapable of investigating a complaint against themselves in an unbiased and fair manner. The former Police Commissioner referred to NZ's most famous corrupt cop as an Inspector whose integrity was beyond reproach" - this says a lot about the mindset of Senior Police.The IPCA is suppose to be independent of Police and government and is there to investigate complaints against the Police in an impartial and unbiased manner. Only they are neither impartial or unbiased."

Apparently this independent and impartial" organisation can only uphold a complaint if the police agree with your complaint.If anyone can't see how corrupt that is then I feel sorry for you."
