I came in to grab a couple pairs of jeans and Nadia served me. Excellent service, very knowledgeable about what I was choosing (fabric, how the jeans fit and how they are after a wash cycle etc) and all-round friendly and smiling. Props to her. Dale, who was also in the shop was friendly too and had good customer service.

Im a big Rodd & Gunn fan, but yesterday my experience at the Chartwell shopping centre store left much to desire. Was looking at a few things in store and not one of the two ladies working there came to offer help with anything. Almost like I wasnt even there, totally ignored me. O well guess I will go spend my money somewhere else.

The ladies at Rodd and Gunn Chartwell really made my day on Tuesday November the 23rd, they're just fabulous and I had the best shopping experience with them, they're professional and cheerful and engaged in a bit of light banter and I thoroughly enjoyed myself, they were helpful with my purchase and made me feel welcome, it helped that they liked my e-mail address too!
